Summer 2025 Practice Schedule
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Our final 2025 practice schedule (with start and end times for each age/gender division) will be posted here in mid-June. Practices run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
- Men's field practices (including U7 and U9 Co-Ed) run twice a week.
- U11, U13, U15, and U19 Women's Field Schedule: Our female athletes follow an alternating week schedule where they practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays one week, and then on Tuesdays on the alternating week.
The earliest start time (for our youngest players) is 6:00 PM. The latest start time (for our oldest players) is 7:30 PM.
EQUIPMENT
We have posted pictorial equipment guides for both men’s and women’s field lacrosse on our website. To learn more, please visit “Player/Goalie Equipment Info.”
Men’s box lacrosse equipment can be used for field lacrosse play. A field lacrosse helmet is preferred. The following stores carry men's box/field equipment:
We will have some women’s field lacrosse loaner sticks and goggles available for the first few practices as our new female players acquire field sticks.
Women’s field lacrosse sticks can be purchased from:

- Durham Sports Gear (Ontario)
If you are unsure about what to purchase, please do not hesitate to speak to our coaches.
IMPORTANT:
- ALL players must wear a mouthguard while on the field. Please ensure your player has a mouthguard before our first practice.
- Male players must wear a protective cup at all times. Again, please ensure that your player has a protective cup before our first practice.
- Female players must wear women's field lacrosse goggles while on the field. Please ensure that your player has women's field lacrosse goggles.
