EDMONTON RAZORBACKS LACROSSE CLUB

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Monday, May 4^th, 2026

7:00 PM MDT via Zoom[1]

 

All members of the Edmonton Razorbacks Lacrosse Club are

invited and encouraged to attend our AGM.

The AGM will include voting on the 2026-2027 Board of Directors.  In accordance with our bylaws, the following positions are up for election this year:

• Registrar (1-Year Term)
• Secretary (1-Year Term)
• Communications Director (1-Year Term)
• Equipment Director (1-Year Term)

To vote, you must be:

• The parent/guardian attached to the RAMP registration account of an athlete registered with the club during the 2025 field lacrosse season, and
• You must be on time and signed in at the start of the meeting.

Nominations may be made in advance for our open position.  Nominations must be submitted in writing, by E-mail, to Nicole Koscielny, Secretary at:  nicolekoscielny@gmail.com before May 1, 2026.  Please include the name of the individual being nominated as well as the name of the position they are pursuing. 

Nominations will also be accepted on the floor.
